Above these is a spacious terrace with views over rooftops to the surrounding hills. 
 
This property offers, above all, the amount of outside space normally only available to much more expensive properties. The apartments could serve as guest suites, leaving the main house for family occupation, or the apartments could be rented without disturbing the main house as the patio can be closed off to the apartments using an existing gate.
