The entrance to the property leads into an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has fitted modern units with wooden worktops, freestanding cooker, hot water boiler and a small pantry.

The ‘star of the show’ with this property has to be the surrounding land. The various irrigated terraces have approximately 400 olive trees, offering a good yearly income. There is also a 2000m², partially mesh covered, greenhouse area giving the opportunity to grow vegetables, peppers, tomatoes for markets that are already established.
 
The land has fresh running water and there are two water deposits, one for the land, and the other for the house. There are also various outbuildings for storage and housing water pumps for irrigation etc.

Valor has a few cafe/bar/restaurants, a small convenience store and a summer swimming pool. Ugijar is just a 15 minute drive from Valor and has everything one would need, including a petrol station, a gym, schools, shops, banks, pharmacy building suppliers and car garages.
 
Valor is also situated on the GR7 which is great if you love walking. Most villages also have a market twice a month, and bread vans coming through the villages daily.
